Our client, Vesta Foundation Solutions, a leader in foundation and concrete repair in the the Oklahoma City area, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales team and champion their culture’s values (intention, integrity and improvement)!

What You Will Do as Sales Manager:

• Lead, Manage, Accountability (LMA)
• Cascade the company’s vision and provide clear direction.
• Remove barriers so that the company’s vision is achievable.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new employees.
• Lead group and individual meetings and training on a weekly basis.
• Provide expectations and hold employees accountable to meeting these expectations.
• Manage employees’ performance, conduct performance reviews, and partner with HR on other performance decisions.
• Create/provide opportunities for employees’ growth and development.

Sales Goals

• Meet and exceed sales goals and other key performance indicators for the company and individual sales representatives.
• Target performance management and training to achieve sales goals and other key performance indicators.

What we are looking for in the Ideal Candidate:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years of sales and/or management experience, or a combination of experience that illustrates a proven track record.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and/or customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices preferred.
• Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
• Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on computer.
• Skill in verbal (including presentation skills) and written communication.
• Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• A passion for providing top-notch customer service.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and ability to drive for the company.
