What We’re Looking For in a Sales Representative: We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to serve customers in Nassau and Suffolk County by providing estimates and customized solutions for concrete lifting and leveling. In this role, you’ll guide clients through their repair options while delivering outstanding service that distinguishes us from the competition.

What You Will Do:
Drives to customers’ homes for pre-scheduled appointments (these are HOT leads that are being scheduled for YOU).
Builds rapport with customers and understand their desired outcomes.
Conducts thorough inspections to accurately diagnose issues.
Recommends tailored solutions to address the identified problems.
Closes sales and guide customers through the next steps.
Follows up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Delivers a consistently remarkable customer experience.
Meets or exceed monthly Average Dollar Per Lead (ADPL) targets.
Attends weekly sales meetings and other required team gatherings.
Represents the company’s culture and values in every interaction.
Operates company vehicles safely and responsibly.
Maintains regular, reliable on-site attendance.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
• Valid Driver’s License, safe driving record and timely, reliable attendance.
• Good communication skills with ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
