Ayers Basement Systems is looking for hard-working, dependable people with positive attitudes who are interested in being part of a rapidly growing residential construction company specializing in waterproofing basements and improving the structural integrity of our customers’ homes.

Compensation package:
  • Lucrative Earning Potential: 100% commission opportunity, with the ability to earn $100,000-150,000 (in your first year).
  • Uncapped commission
  • Base pay for the first 90 days

What you'll do:
  • Drive to potential customers’ home and conduct sales appointments.
  • Write proposals for each customer account which include photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists and job worksheets.
  • Provide follow-up to customers by phone and re-visit customers as necessary.
  • We run morning, mid-day, and evening appointment slots. We also work a minimum of two Saturdays per month.

What you need:
  • Residential Construction Knowledge/Experience
  • 3-5 years of successful in-home sales experience (preferred) 
  • Ability to travel within a 90-minute radius daily for appointments.
  • Have a valid driver’s license with insurability.
  • Regular and punctual attendance.
  • Proficient working with computer software.
