The Production Manager manages the production department and its employees, ensuring the work is done on time and on budget with safety, quality, and efficiency, all while meeting team goals and providing remarkable customer experiences. This position is exempt under the FLSA and reports to the General Manager.

What We're Looking for in the Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced field leader with a background in construction, foundation repair or structural work is a plus.
- A strong team manager and motivator who can led from the front.
- Detail-oriented and skilled at managing schedules, logistics and priorities.
- Committed to safety, quality and efficiency.
- You're familiar with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) - or at least open to learning!
