Our client, Arizona Foundation Solutions, has been a trusted name in the Arizona foundation and concrete repair industry for over 30 years, and they are seeking Outside Sales Representatives for their growing sales team. In this role you will consult with customers on pre-scheduled appointments, diagnose their home’s foundation and concrete issues, and provide long-term solutions to fix their home and provide them peace of mind. What You'll Do:
  • Drive to customers' homes to meet for pre-scheduled appointments (No cold-calling or door knocking required!)
  • Build rapport with the customer and determine their desired outcomes.
  • Close sales while also ensuring that your customers are provided with top-notch service.

What We're Looking For: 
  • Industry Experience: 1+ years of experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement preferred.
  • Comfort with Commission: Ability to thrive in a 100% commission-based role.
  • Construction Knowledge: Experience in construction is beneficial, but not required.
  • Physical Requirements: Comfortable with physical tasks including entering crawlspaces, walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills required; we provide software training.
