FoamWorks Concrete Leveling is a local, family-owned concrete repair company with over 30 years of construction experience and 12 years specializing in concrete leveling, cracked concrete repair, concrete sealing, and caulking. We handle projects of all sizes throughout Northwest Ohio—including municipal work for the Perrysburg School Board and Parks and Recreation.

Customer Care Specialist
As our Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, prospective clients, and partners. You’ll schedule sales appointments, annual maintenance, and service calls, as well as coordinate production installations and follow up on inquiries.

What You’ll Do:
Sales Appointment Scheduling
Schedule and reschedule sales appointments via inbound and outbound communications
Maximize schedule efficiency for sales reps
Proactively save cancellations
Meet or exceed lead conversion goals
Service Appointment Scheduling
Book annual maintenance and service visits to optimize technician efficiency
Maintain full calendars for service techs
Own and resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and thoroughly
Production Installation Scheduling
Coordinate installation schedules and communicate clearly with customers and crews
Maximize crew capacity and efficiency
Fill cancellations quickly to help meet weekly revenue targets
Tactical Support
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry, paperwork, and correspondence
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of customer service principles
Comfortable using a computer and basic software
Strong attention to detail in reading and data entry (75–100% screen time)
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
High school diploma or GED preferred
1+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to remain seated and perform light lifting (up to 10 lbs occasionally)
