As a Customer Service Manager for Redeemers Group, you’ll lead, manage and hold accountable a high-quality team of customer service representatives. You’ll work with and through your team; blazing your path towards a best-in-class customer service department. Your leadership will ensure that each day, your team has a remarkable experience and are wildly successful. But that’s not all. You’ll also be impacting customers’ lives by equipping a team to help solve the most serious issues with their homes. While no specific construction experience is necessary, a proven track record in people-management is; we’ll provide you with all the training and tools you need to expertly and confidently do your work the Redeemers Group way.

So you can be successful in the role, here’s what we need from you.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing sales or a related field; or alternative means of experience equal to this.
  •  2+ years in successful people leadership
  • A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • Strong listening, leadership and follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Ability to work in an office environment and occasionally push or pull up to 10lbs
