Our client, Arizona Foundation Solutions, has been a trusted name in the Arizona foundation and concrete repair industry for over 30 years, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to oversee the Western Region. The Inside Sales Representative will follow up on sales proposals written by the outside sales team and service technicians to provide quality assurance, close sales and provide tactical support to other departments as needed.

What You'll Do as an Inside Sales Representative: 
  • Follow-Up on Unsold Proposals: You'll follow up with homeowners to ensure quality and selling previously unsold proposals. 
  • Project Retention: Save previously sold jobs when homeowners request to cancel an installation. 
  • Provide Tactical Support: Support: Support the customer care, sales and service teams by scheduling leads and annual maintenances.
  • Live out Arizona Foundation Solutions' purpose, mission and values on a daily basis. 
  • Provide remarkable customer experiences.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and other key performance indicators. 
What We're Looking For: 
  • Knowledge of customer service and/or sales principles and practices.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service or related field OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. 
  • A confident communicator and problem solver.
